RESERVATIONS

We require reservations for doggie day care and overnight boarding. We advise making your reservations at least two weeks in advance.


During the holidays please plan ahead and make your reservations at least one month in advance for overnight stays. We start booking in July for Thanksgiving, Christmas and
​New Years and fill up fast! 

 
Daycare reservations are also required during the holidays.​


CANCELLATIONS

Please cancel your reservations as soon as possible. A cancellation fee will be determined for less than 24 hour notice.

48 hours notice is required during holidays for boarding cancellations or changes. No-Shows or failures to cancel a reservation will be charged for their first night stay.

$45/day*
Includes:
- Doggy Day Care with supervised group play
- Pack Walks (no extra charge!)
- Administration of meds

- Accommodation of special dietary needs (no additional charge)

* No Day Care on Weekends unless your dog is Boarding with us.

Require 2 night minimum and $50 deposit - Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s

HEART & SOUL K9 is committed to providing dogs with socialization, exercise, love and attention in a safe, healthy facility. We offer many activities for your canine friend so that your dog will be stronger and more fit than if they were left “home" alone.

Some dogs come to daycare five or seven days a week, others come only occasionally as a special treat, for a change of pace, or as as alternative to a kennel stay when work is being done on their owners home. Some come only on weekends while their humans run errands. Our “senior citizen” dogs come because they need to go out frequently or require medication and supervision during the day.

We know that leaving your dog in someone else’s care can be stressful at first – we’ve done it too. But constant human touch and a homey environment are fundamental to our philosophy. Our staff of devoted animal lovers give singular attention to every dog including belly rubs! We get to know each of our furry guests as though they were our very own.

  •  Doggie Care begins at 7am on weekdays and 8am on weekends. 
    ​We close at 7 pm every day
  • Fresh, clean, filtered water is available at all times for your dog in all areas of the facility
  • Pack walks are included at no extra charge - so your dog will benefit from the exercise, change of scenery and personal interaction that comes with a neighborhood stroll
  • When your dog wants some R&R they can relax on one of our many Kuranda beds, soak in a pool of cool water, escape for a nap in one of our many dog huts or just relax in the shade or bask in the sun
  • Our dogs play groups are separated on YOUR dog’s size, activity level and play style  
  • Our facility has double gated entry and exits for safety​ 
  • We’re smaller and know YOUR dog
