​SERVICES​​

  • We can accommodate any length of stay.​
  • We will administer most medications to your dog provided you bring written veterinary instructions for administration. Medications must be brought in the original containers with veterinary labeling or we cannot accept them.
  • To keep dogs in their normal routine we request you bring your own food. That way there are no stomach issues with your pet. This also assures your dog's meals as consistent to their meals at home. Don't be embarrassed to note special meal prep things you do – we're happy to refrigerate, prep and heat for you
  • Fresh, clean, filtered water is available at all times for your dog in all areas of the facility. 
  • It's important that we know your dog is very comfortable, so feel free to bring their pillows, bedding and teddy bear too!

BOARDING AT HEART & SOUL K9

RESERVATIONS

We require reservations for doggie day care and overnight boarding. We advise making your reservations at least two weeks in advance.

During the holidays please plan ahead and make your reservations at least one month in advance for overnight stays. We start booking in July for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. These holidays  fill up fast! BOOK EARLY!

Daycare reservations are also required during the holidays.​


CANCELLATIONS

Please cancel your reservations as soon as possible. A cancellation fee will be determined for less than 24 hour notice.

48 hours notice is required during holidays for boarding cancellations or changes. No-Shows or failures to cancel a reservation will be charged for their first night stay.

HOLIDAY RATES

Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s require a 2 night minimum stay. There is no additional charge for Holiday Boarding.

Our overnight dogs can almost be heard counting squirrels in their sleep.

At HEART & SOUL K9, we offer fully supervised, 24-hour doggy sleepovers year-round. Whether you’re on the road, off to Hawaii, working way too late, hitting a Dodgers (or Angels) game, having guests who are not fond of dogs, or going to visit the allergic in-laws…we’re here to take care of your fur baby.


​Evaluations​​
We recommend that all dogs wishing to schedule overnight stays also spend a day with us prior their sleepover. This pre-boarding visit will insure compatibility and a more comfortable experience for your dog.


Requirements​​
We accept healthy and friendly dogs that are vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian for the following vaccines:
– Distemper/Parvo combo
– Rabies
– Bordetella 

– (which we require every 6 months)

– Owners provide their dog's food

– Medications: Please make sure any

– medication needed is brought in the

– original container with dosage instructions – included

– Have a proper fitting collar or harness

– with name tag
